Owners Corporation Certificates are available for all properties managed by Doepel Lilley & Taylor. Owners Corporation Certificates are processed within 10 days, upon payment of a Owners Corporation Certificate Fee of $150.79 (incl. GST). Urgent Owners Corporation Certificates can be processed within 48 hours, upon payment of a priority fee.  Please call our office on 5337 0077 for details of priority fees.
